Every massage treatment takes place at your location and begins with a consultation to understand your body’s needs and intentions for the day. Treatments are thoughtfully tailored just for you and can include a combination of techniques as required.

I will also design your yoga class just for you with class style, physicality and focus selected with care. I will welcome you to your mat with warmth, experience, and a desire to create a space of safety for your body and mind. ​
